CONDITIONER
This is the most important product in your curly hair arsenal.
With the right conditioner, you don't need much else.
That's right! You'll need very little gel, mousse, spray, and many fewer
hair masks if you stay away from alcohol-based products.
Lots of different flavors! Try them and see which one your hair likes the most. My current fave is Advanced Repair.
Soothing Gel Conditioner with Peony! This conditioner is outstanding! Hydrating and leaves my hair very manageable. Wonderful for the scalp (obviously).
Silica
Silica is an essential mineral that helps us produce our own collagen. As we get older our levels drop so it's a good idea to supplement! (Always check with your doctor!) Silica can help rebuild hair, skin, and nails.
